Complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Europe. Orders are delivered within 5 business days of dispatch.

For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original delivery box.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund—minus the return shipping costs—will be issued to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original delivery box.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within a few business days.
