• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments and/or other connected payment methods). We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Orders

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of it.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of a product, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship exclusively within the European Union.
• Standard shipping within Europe is complimentary. Orders are delivered within 5 business days of dispatch.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms set out in our Return and Refund Policy. In summary:

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original delivery box.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the VANPAUL name and branding — is the property of VANPAUL BV or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
