At VANPAUL, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how shipping, returns, and exchanges work.

Shipping

• Complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Europe.
• Orders are delivered within 5 business days of dispatch.
• For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • undamaged, and
  • have all original tags attached.
• Items must also be returned in their original delivery box.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund — minus the return shipping costs — will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
  • unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • undamaged, and
  • have all original tags attached.
• Items must also be returned in their original delivery box.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within a few business days.
